Papa Julios Pineapple Express

All three amigos, shrimp, fish, and scallops, grilled with fresh bell peppers, onons and mushrooms. Baked inside a pineapple shell and topped with mozzarella cheese. Served with rice, lettuce, avocado and pico de gallo.
